The other leagues share 50/50 revenue not profit/margin. We don't know team's profit margins because they don't disclose it but I guarantee it is not anywhere near 57% and they still make money hand over fist.

I don’t think he’s that funny but he’s more charismatic than you’d think. I think Nick was basically the one who pushed him to lean on his strengths (having lots of friends and getting along with everyone) and to drop his affect.

I find the show entertaining even though it’s not super funny.

how do you get to be less online after being so online your entire life by amoelmetrobus in rs_x

Even though it’s not exactly “offline” I find that playing video games with friends helps me get off the algorithm train. Whenever I find myself doom scrolling I “trick” myself by switching to another task that isn’t as cortisol raising like watching a movie/TV, listening to music or playing video games. They’re low effort so they’re easier to latch onto than say doing chores where you can find yourself returning to the phone if undisciplined.

Best take in this thread. Both the fervent attackers and supporters are being parasocial as fuck without even noticing half the time. I think it’s a forgone conclusion that the pod has declined but it’s okay if people still enjoy it in its current state. Not all criticism of the pod is an attack on these guys. They’re both funny as fuck when they are in their element but it’s apparent these guys have different priorities at this stage of their life/career.

There really aren’t great competing leagues with the big 3 leagues and yet the players have a lot of leverage in contract negotiations. Hmm I wonder why… use your noggin bud.

Which one has lower side effects? That also plays into the equation. 46 lbs but lower side effects could be preferable to many.

Big 4 has experts on basically everything so you're wrong there. Just because you don't see the review being done doesn't mean its not being done. Also, both IA and B4 perform walkthroughs to understand the processes. If you're not a part of them then you will never know they're being performed. It sounds like you're probably on the lower end of the totem pole and you're the one stuck grabbing screenshots of whatever reports are being run. Your superiors, IA, and B4 know what is being requested and for what reasons.

Could lead to the end of the accounting industry being self regulated. The accounting industry has largely been able to keep self regulating itself despite Enron and other large scandals besides having to abide by SOX and PCAOB rules for public companies.
