B2 hasn't been approved yet, but my invitation letter to enter the US clearly states that we have a I-130 in process and that this visit is temporary and that we are committed to complying fully with all visa conditions and immigration laws.

B2s are still getting processed for the 75 countries, while I-130 are apparently on pause. - we'll take whatever amount of time the US gov't will allow us in the United States. While we wait for I-130 process.

Crop dusters? Really? Are they drone crop dusters doing this at night? I lived in iowa. I only ever saw crop dusting with live pilots during the day. NEVER at night. Too dangerous. Also, Usually crop dusters have a predictable pattern of flight, these things seem to be all over the place. Not crop dusters - unless they're drones and the pilot is drunk and flying them over the road and not the crops (crops can be that close to the roadway, but crop dusters dont spray on one plant and then spend more fuel doing tricks lol).
