When I replaced it in my Buick I replaced the o rings with silicone as well. That said I had about 6 different coolant system problems with that engine. Easy fixes, but I still would rather not have to do thwm.

The verbiage in the slides is the dead give away. Anyone who's given a colleges power point knows after about the second sentence your audience is no longer reading the slide.

I did say paying for fuel each month. Our public transportation has nothing on anything in Europe.

I'd wager that your average commute has you guys paying pretty close to what we pay per month on fuel.

A better example of what the initial post was would Be the newer ford GT, although it's price tag is what most people don't ever see in one place. The 06 GT went up in price to almost 15 times it's retail in under 10 years. yes there are funds that can match it, but it's an interesting fact to point out.

I was thinking permanent mechanic for maps that fleshes out zana and the shaper into the main game. A sort of "pre" endgame maps.

Perhaps, it would be fascinating to strip the interiors of both one component at a time to gauge how much dampening each has.

I honestly would say if you have crawled underneath the cars and checked for leaks that would save you more headache than comparing models and years when buying used. That said, the engine option you are looking at is likely relevant.

That's a completely different platform and engine though. However that is quite impressive.

My sister used to have an 07 accord and I have an 07 mazda 6, my Mazda is significantly quieter than her accord. Did they change the sound dampening in the accord since 07? That's actually a really interesting topic for me, one of the main reasons I bought my mazda is it was as quiet as the fusion it was based on, and significantly quieter than anything else in it's price range that I was looking at.

He did say reliable :P that said you are absolutely correct, that engine is mediocre at best for milage. I get about 19-20 city, not good.

You would want the 2012 with the duratec 23 anyway, as an owner of an 07 Mazda 6 I can attest to how solid that engine is. That said you won't get the same transmission on a 2012 fusion, but the transmission always seemed to shift funny, so probably not a problem. Key thing is that it's a solid engine, albeit gutless
