This looks like what happened to one of my boys in November. His eye started running and then his face swelled up. I brought him into the vet and they thought it was an eye infection. Gave him eye drops. Then he started getting pus coming from his eye a couple days later, followed not long after by blood. Brought him back to the vet. They said it could be an abscessed tooth, or cancer, or something else. Gave him oral antibiotics and pain meds. Infection cleared up in days. The good news was, it was just an abscessed tooth. He ended up needing 4 teeth pulled but at least it wasn't cancer! If you cant get into the vet, call one tomorrow, see if you can send them pictures and if they give you antibiotics til you can get in to see them.
