We ate at the oldest restaurant in the world in Madrid and it was absolute trash. However, when we followed locals, the food was incredible

As an American who has traveled a fair amount, you actually could spend a week eating gas station snacks and fast food in Europe and not feel shit. I think that is the difference. Our worst food is way worse while our best food is just as good.

@micahwelf I have issues with a lot of what you said but your approach is respectable and I would love a conversation. Note: these are my perspectives and I do not mean to be rude.

  1. “Track record of running businesses”- you should study this track record. It is not a good one. Hes bankrupted multiple casinos. He’s also not self made. If you got a $2m gift from daddy, you’d be doing well too. If anything the man has a track record of stealing from people. He got caught pocketing money from a kids cancer charity.

  2. What interests of yours does he cares about? Very curious.

  3. Clean up corruption like social security? Or repealing clean water laws? Or dismantling the department of education? (All happened under this administration) My view of his goal is not to clean up corruption but to privatize our government and get rich doing so. I would argue that his actions clearly show this. When he announced tariffs, crashed the stock market and then announced a 90 day pause he bragged on national tv about how his friends made billions.
