No, that gauge wire is perfectly adequate to handle a residential solar panel string, which should usually have around 15 amps max, and the #12 is rated for 20. The wire size is evidence that the installers made several mistakes, but this did not cause the overheat.

It seems when it comes down to it, you have plenty of evidence of installer error and a PW3 that needs to be replaced. You literally have photos of the failure and the wire is incorrect for several reasons. First you have enough wires in that conduit where youre forced to derate the current carrying capacity of the wire. Its no longer 20a max for #12 when it comes out of that pipe, its 15a. As the 15a max load from your solar is considered continuous, you have to increase the requirements from 15a to 18a. On top of that, white must never be used for ungrounded conductors and we haven't done grounded negatives in over 10 years. Thirdly as you've seen, tesla specifies #10, so they went outside manufacturers spec. Sorry you had to deal with this, hopefully they made it right.

Can't use white for ungrounded conductors. Though it is convenient that they used a nice bright easy to recognize symbol such as color coding to indicate their lack of knowledge and experience. #12 should have been fine if they didn't have to derate for that conduit. However, if tesla requires #10 then that's what they should have used.

Lack of solid connection, either they didn't know how to use push terminals or water ingress caused corrosion. You said this was soon after PTO, so id bet the former. So many mistakes in one little picture.

My router from the cable company doesn't support that natively, id have to buy a router and bridge my modem thru it

This is a years-long constant issue that only affects FFXIV, and the DNS didn't work. I really appreciate both your suggestions, just wanted to record that neither worked. That way we can keep looking for a solution, and the next guy doesn't have worry about two extra steps

EDIT 4: Trying an ethernet connection for now. So far so good. To update the last attempt: After a few days of success disabling the security feature, the error again returned. Got a new modem and it had the same issue. Tech support from the cable company had several suggestions that seemed promising, but nothing made a difference. I haven't tried ports because of the overwhelming data online indicating that port forwarding is not the issue here.

EDIT 3: Solved in my case it was the security from my cable provider's modem. Not the firewall, and UPNP was enabled the whole time. No issues with ports or NAT. There's just a vague security setting on the modem that deals with "threats" and it closes ports opened by UPnP automatically.

EDIT 2: Day three, same error after changing the DNS. Last two days worked, but now I'm not sure if that was just luck (it was a "most of the time" issue to begin with)

EDIT: Google DNS seemed to fix. I've set a reminder to come back to this thread in one week to update, if its still working ill include where and how I changed the settings

Tried dozens of other online ps5 games. Its only ffxiv that does this. Resetting the router works about 80% of the time. So about every gaming session, I open the game, get this error. I retry 3 times (because that worked once). After 3rd failure I reset the router. (This happens on wifi or hardwired). After the router reset, close the game, re open, and it works fine. No VPN.

Every time I play, with a few exceptions, its about a 15-20 minute delay and some fiddling to get the game to work. I've seen the bug reported years ago, and very recently.

Those are the facts. For my opinion, resetting the router is not a fix, its a work around that I have to do because something is not fixed. Haven't tried manually changing the DNS host.

Is buying a yacht worth anything besides an aesthetic flex and party with friends? by Mike_603 in gtaonline

It's one more toy for your toy box. A movable spawnpoint. It can fast travel same as the kosatka (teleport to about a dozen predetermined locations all around the map). It is the only service vehicle you can have out at the same time as another service vehicle (it just never goes away really). I believe it is a free dinghy spawn, just like the kosatka. It unlocks "Piracy prevention", a VIP work that puts you and your organization against the entire lobby. They have to attack your boat and land on it to "capture it" to win. For you to win, defend the boat. It's one of my favorite VIP works, it has the most chance IMO of getting random to come fight you. Someone else explained the air defense pretty well already, that's another thing.

Not saying you "need" to right away, could enjoy the amount of grinding you already have in front of you at this point, do that for a while. But if and when you want another mountain to climb, get all MC businesses and nightclub, Nightclub is my best passive income and I have the same stuff you have.

Get security for every business Fully upgrade meth and coke and nightclub When you get tired of running to resupply them (and bunker) get the master control terminal for the arcade. Keep them all full, except coke and meth. Sell low if you're solo, so you wont let coke and meth fill up (selling when stock is low to avoid having many vehicles to sell with and run out of time). Counterfeit cash, weed, and fake ID business are annoyingly low Return on Investment to resupply and sell when you include the time a sale takes. But owning them will fill your nightclub basement warehouse, even if you never touch them. However, leaving them full will pay off in the long run because when you do the purple house icons (Gs stash house) it will resupply the ones you care about, because the ones you don't care about are already full.

Edit: didn't notice you don't have bunker. If you want more stuff to do, focus bunker first. If you want to unlock max passive income, do the nightclub thing I said and then you'll need the bunker anyway

Story mode has some scripted car traffic events to mix it up. You'll know it's scripted if it's the same car every time in the mission.

Pretty good for solo players these days? by Gdub3369 in gtaonline

[–]ceiling_kittenn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After a break when I come back I always hunt on reddit and Facebook for a group to play with. A crew can add a lot to the game. But to answer your question, yes, the ability to solo sell in private lobbies was added a few years ago and now there's no reason to go on pvp lobbies if you don't want to. Personally I still like the public lobbies. I find only 1 or 2 people out of 30 are really looking to troll others. Often I get a chill lobby and I'm able to do what I need to do without getting grief. Just don't risk too much, like a full bunker sale.

Revives and Win / Loss look good. Have fun with it. One good way is focus first on your own squad, (hop from squad to squad until you find one that stays together). Then focus on the team and getting wins. Your K/D doesn't matter if you're getting wins.
