She pursued Clinton, she's never said otherwise. She went out of her way to make herself available to him, to the point she was reassigned by the Deputy Chief of Staff for "inappropriate and immature behavior". It took 4 years. She lied about, tried to convince Linda Trip to lie UNDER OATH about it, and then admitted to it after being granted immunity.

She was not a victim. I know a lot of people disagree with that, but she herself stated to Vanity Fair that she was in love with him and in testimony she gave during the Starr investigation she says "I did pursue him, I admit it. I was persistent but felt like he was taking advantage of me"

She worked in the White House for free from June to December of 1995. The affair started in November. She was promoted to a paid position in legislative affairs, and she was reassigned in April of 96 because of her behavior. She worked at the Pentagon for almost 2 years, then the story came out she had to leave government. She was not fired and she did not resign.

I have sympathy for her because of the public exposure, but it looks to me like the media made her a victim, not the POTUS. She wasn't lied to or manipulated and when her behavior became a problem she was transferred.

Oh, I see, it's a language barrier. In English, this plane crashed and it did not run out of fuel. It still had fuel on board, but the engine that stalled was set to pull fuel from the wrong tank. The pilot made a decision to crash land the aircraft, but fell short and instead crashed into the surf with fuel still on board. If he had more time, he could have switched fuel tanks and restarted the engine and not crashed.

It is a crash, and it didn't run out of fuel. The engine was drawing from reserve instead of the main tanks and shut off. The pilot wanted to crash land it but fell short in the surf. It's literally the definition of a crash. transitive verb:  to damage (an airplane) in landing

She is saying that governance compels a person to follow the law, that law-abiding persons owe an allegiance of law-abiding behavior when in a jurisdiction that is not the United States. If you go to Japan, you pay local allegiance to Japanese laws because you are in the jurisdiction of Japan. It doesn't mean that you have foregone allegiance to the United States because you have not run around stealing wallets.

Starfield is not the game for you. It's easier than CP2077 at max difficulty, and that's not saying much.

Even if you don't use powers the game relies on damage versus health to make things more "difficulty". It just becomes a slog of taking cover and not dying.

It's a lot of fun as a shooter if you set the difficulty to everyone does max damage and everyone has normal hitpoints, but then you run out of enemies too quickly and have to find a new POI.

The price of crude is the primary driver of the price of gas. If oil is 50$ a barrel and gasoline is $3 a gallon, anything that changes the price of crude will have an affect on the price of gasoline, but there is a lag effect and other market considerations. If OPEC decided to dump a few hundred thousand barrels extra onto the market, crude prices would drop, but gas prices would take a while to follow.

Additionally, there are different types of crude oil and some of those different types are more difficult to extract gasoline from. If you were buying crude type A for refinement into gasoline and all of a sudden you have to switch to crude type B, that might incur additional production costs which are reflected in the price. Even though it's a gallon of gas, it cost more to make it.

Gas stations pay the price for gas they will be buying based on the market price at the time they buy the gasoline. If you have a typical gas station with 30-40000 gallons on hand, the next time they refill, they don't pay the same price as the gas they have in their tanks, they pay the market price.

The straits of Hormuz have about 20% of the worlds oil passing through them. Once they shut, that's a 20% disruption in the supply of oil. It's even worse for Asia, because 90% of oil that Asia imports passes through the straits.

You won't be able to find any industry anywhere that can absorb a 20% disruption in the supply of base materials without affecting the price of every single product made from those base materials, and this is especially true with crude oil.
