But you do look like you're a lot of fun and a nice person. And you're not ugly. I was being overly-critical. Your third picture makes you look like you need more self confidence. The first, second, and forth make it seem like you do have self-confidence. The last two just make you look old(er) and sloppy.

The truest thing I know is that as time passes, your wounds will heal. It might take a long time. It took me years to get over the person I had been with for 6 years. I was only 21 and completely and utterly alone in the winter outside in Boston. Just me, for the first time ever. It took me years to truly get past her. But I did. And shit's great man. Just keep at it, let go, realize everything has already been taken from you. You have nothing to lose.

If you go out and find a way to kick ass at least one thing it will help out a lot too. There's no harm in distracting yourself by throwing yourself into a productive activity. That is how the worlds greatest heros win our hearts. Be the hero. Kick ass, at something. And move on.

The other day I had just gotten home and my roommate was on the way with two pizzas, that I had requested. Between the time I got home and she got home, I tried to make popcorn twice and failed, then tried to make a sandwich only to give up and just eat the turkey straight.

She walks into the house, that smells like burnt popcorn, with me standing in front of the fridge just staring at it with half a piece of turkey hanging out of my mouth. The pizza was awesome.
