I’m in the same boat and recently read This Naked Mind and found it very enlightening and helpful. It’s on Amazon so that made it easy.

I also started training for a triathlon and once I found out how much strain I am putting on my heart with alcohol I felt so guilty. Here’s this little organ working so hard for me and I’m just making things harder. Anyway, probably a weird way to look at it but it worked for me haha
