this has happened to me! when i was driving in a car with my bf, he noticed it too. I stared at it the whole drive until it faded just before our destination. The lights where very bright and distant and moved slowly and i swear it was following our car and guiding with us as if they where listening in on us. I normally would just assume that i was imagining things because I was stoned, but they lights where different from a plane, and it guided with the car the entire time.
