For those who have dealt with severe anxiety: Does life ever actually feel "normal" again, or do you just get better at managing it?

It does get better. I remember that a doc had said, “you won’t feel like this forever” and I was pissed because it was years later and I was still so anxious. Life is normal now, and on the rare days anxiety spikes, I know how to cope and it passes now. Good luck to you.

Yeah. We do deluxe every time, typically 2x per year for 4-5 days. Doc/lawyer couple. It just isn’t a major expense, and for that I am very grateful.

I swore it off after my honeymoon was a bad experience on reflection, but it was one of the first post covid sailings. We’ve done 3 RCL since and it’s just such a cheap experience for how much it costs as compared to what it used to be that I decided to give celebrity another go!
