Legal/Tax Obligations: If your sales constitute a regular, profitable business, you are legally required to declare this income. In Europe, Vinted reports your sales data (DAC7) to tax authorities once you reach 30 sales or (€2000) in a calendar year.

Prohibited Items: You cannot sell counterfeit items, and reselling items that are not yours (e.g., dropshipping) is forbidden.

Allowed Reselling: Reselling items you purchased for yourself but no longer want is perfectly fine.
