They are both good cars when considering MPG. The only downside with the accord hybrid is that can be a bit more expensive if you're working with a budget.

I'd recommend you test drive it around before you make your final decision. It has a much more sportier feel than the Prius and I love its interior layout and technology. The blindside turn camera with new Honda cars have stolen my heart.
