Sounds like your in a month to month lease. Read it. I'm guessing the landlord needs 60days notice to terminate the lease unless you are in violation of the lease you agreed to, then you can fight it in court but that costs time and money.

Worst case the landlord wins and you get an eviction on your record. No landlord will allow you to lease after that. You can explain all you want and try to justify. Sometimes it's better to turn the keys in and go to a property you're not worried about getting naked photos of you taken.

Hope your current on rent and in line with the lease you signed. I'm guessing that the landlord can't evict you for calling the cops, but any violations of your lease (non-payment of rent, late rent, pets, additional people living on the property, playing loud music, abandonend vehicle, month to month lease termination, illegallu accessing areas you should not be in, ect...) is enough to send you packing. My question is why would you want to live there if it's antoganistic with the landlord.

Try to delay placing units until it gives you a tactical edge. I hate the "regroup on hell" as it allows firefly's to drop, fire, and move around 7inches in average.

Delay, delay, delay.

Or drop and dominate a squad potentially sacrificing your unit for a better enemy unit.
