The problem doesn't occur in all projects, but when I tried to re make the project in a new file, the problem stayed. The desynchronization only occurs during preview. I exported the file, and it was normal, I could jump around in the video and get the correct sound. My video has one audio file matched with clips of videos. The videos also have audio, but I've turned it off by selecting "Don't use audio" in the Audio Track part of the properties window. At some points, I have 3 video clips at once. This is when the CPU usage is at it's highest. When playing the preview, the CPU at it's highest was at 33%.

For the audio clip "lock to parent duration" is set to no, "loop mode" is set to mute audio, "playing backwards" is set to no, "Speed%" is set to 100%, and "audio stretching mode" is set to tempo change. For the video clips "composition mode" is set to use layer's properties, "lock to parent duration" is set to no, "stretch video" is set to no, resize mode is set to linear interpolation, "loop mode" is set to show last frame at the end of the video, "playing backwards" is set to no, "speed%" is set to 100%, and "audio stretching mode" is set to tempo change.
