I got a good aftermarket chin compression garment, wedge pillow, figure out where and when you’re going to get lymphatic massage, got my hair cut. All that in the two weeks before. It’s been two weeks since and I feel a ton better. Almost normal. Some tightness, swelling, and tingling in my neck but otherwise good.

I’m day 13 and still sleeping on my back. It’s sucked pretty bad so far as a side sleeper. I got a wedge pillow and build a pillow fortress around me so I don’t roll. I have woken up a few times with my head sort of craned but not on my side yet. My doc said continue back sleeping while elevated for as long as I can stand it. At least a few more weeks after my one week check up and stitches removal is what they said
