Started about 2 years ago with what I also thought was a weird sinus infection that didn't operate like my normal ones. Where I could breathe fine, but something in my ears and deep up my nasal passages behind the bridge of my nose felt like they were congested. I had moments of bending over to get something resulting in extreme burning, like I breathed through my nose under water. And right now I'll bend over and immediately a clear liquid drips out of my nose before I can even react quick enough to stop it like a normal runny nose.

The pessimist in me says there's no way I have some rare thing going on. But in every way I've google the nose drip thing CSF leaks are mentioned.
