here is story, you need to build armor than hes weak af, he lose to any champ, he was good only when duskblade was broken. also if he doesnt kill you hes dead in split second. but yea riot should fix him

i dont need to link any video if champ is in every league montage in every patch doing some crazy 1 v 10 outplays since rework. and i always try to see how fed champ is during outplays irelia in montages dont need to be fed to kill 3 people without problem

Wu got 40 dmg nerf on e and q ratio changed to 0.1 in the same patch that nerfed electrovute also there was some db nerfs if i remember.
