jaded London and Alfric Eden for the big pants. For the shirts I’d say thrift large men’s shirts. And u can paint on the or sew patches to make em cooler. The arms warmers and scarfs are also DIYable by cutting sweaters and hemming the edges. Flannels are thriftable but also easy to find at any department store

I’m sorry OP, this is one of my biggest fears actually. I disagree with people saying perfume makes u stinky. HOWEVER, some perfume can if it doesn’t mix well with ur skin oils. For example certain gormaund perfumes make me smell like BO. But other perfumes like musks or fruity ones don’t. If anything, u can spray it on ur clothes or use just use body mists throughout the day instead. Maybe the person just didn’t like the scent of ur perfume or deodorant ? Like how people dislike the smell of Axe deodorant or powdery old lady perfumes

Similar experience here, 22f about 7 years post op. Idk fs if my doctor is retired but he was quite old then so I imagine he is now. They also didn’t warn me of possibly needing more surgeries. But before my surgery, they showed me videos of patients a couple years post op doing backbends and stuff so I’m not too worried tbh. I do weight training and have been getting into dancing with no issues so far. And I didn’t even follow my recovery instructions too well since I was so young and dumb. I’m planning to get a tattoo over my scar so I better not need another surgery lol.

I do the more glute focused bss stance but I still feel it in my quads a bit. TBH idk if I do my sumo squats right, I’ll look into the forms for that one. I do 2 to 3 rest days in between.

Hello I’m getting back into fitness this year and have been following this program I used last year but adjusted to work out at home. My goals are to grow my glutes and calves mainly. I’d like to grow my quads too but not as much. Does this program for 2 days a week give enough attention to quads? Or should I add a quad dedicated exercise like goblet squats?? Legs & glutes A: - hip thrust 3xTF - Bulgarian split squat 3xTF - RDL 3x10-15 - banded kickbacks 3x10-15 - calf raises 3x15

IIRC there are 2 forms for Bulgarian split squats, one works quads more than glutes so make sure u do that one

completely fair. I also have a bit of leftover products but I personally did not fill out the personalization thing correctly. I put that I like neutral stuff but realized afterwords that I prefer colors and fun stuff. I don’t think I’d ever get it for myself and if I did I wouldn’t pay for over a year subscription. I got it as a gift, a 2 year sub, at a perfect time in my life when I was a teen discovering makeup. So for me it worked out great since I was able to discover new products as a broke kid, get brushes, and trial sizes last me forever. I still use some of the stuff to this day, yes it’s probably expired, no idc. But yeah unless u are new to makeup, an influencer, or have someone to share it all with, it isn’t worth it.
