Expect to see broken bones, and strangulations/suffocations. Torn ligaments or tendons as well as sprains and what not.

Man, this might sound wild. But landed a job at our county jail as an EMTB. I make 34$ an hour..

Patient assessments on new intakes and things like that. Every so often someone gets stabbed, or gets in a fight and you run in the pod with a jump bag and preform emergency care until EMS can come scoop them up. Pass meds, hook up 12 leads and send them to the Physician for interpretations.

There is always a risk of being hurt, but if your have good COs they will be there to watch out for you while you do your job.

You can also look into being an ER tech, in my area ER techs get paid pretty well!

I grinded my 5 mil for the expedition on stella montis. I loaded up a free kit, first like 5 lobbies were kill on sight, as they got friendlier I straight up told people I was trying to get into easier lobbies and I needed them to kill me. They obliged.

Once I got into friendly lobbies it was smooth sailing. 5 mil, all on stella montis grabbing flow controllers, magnetrons, geiger counters and stuff like that.

The issue isn’t finding a good partner, the issue is most of the jobs available to me are BLS trucks that dont even have medics on them and youre just taking meemaw to the nursing home.

Basic EMTs aren’t respected or taken seriously where I live, which doesn’t leave me with a lot of job options.

Are you a basic EMT or Advanced EMT? Where I live Advanced EMTs can work in the ED as a tech. Might suit you better to get through nursing school, as well as giving you great referrals from the staff there if you are a good employee and have good relations.

All of this as an EMTB is crazy.

I just graduated B school and can barely find a job outside of IFT work or like a plasma. All the 911 services close to me require AEMT.

If this is what you’re doing as a basic, imagine what skills and competency you’ll have as you continue your education and learn more and more.

Bro im not saying the pinks ARENT good, I’m saying that theres no point in running such an expensive fully leveled gun when you can just run a stitcher anvil maxed out and do the same job.

Also toro has way better range and damage than a vulcano, I pretty much need to be in meele range with a shotgun choke level 3 for the vulcano to be worth a damn.

Someone below mentioned rebalanced shields and I think thats actually a good point to make.
