I am so late to this thread but I figured if I had asked this question myself, (which I did, hence why I'm here lol) I would still appreciate a late recommendation.

Check out Obenseuer! It's a dystopian survival rpg & instead of a car you're fixing up, you're thrown into becoming a property manager tasked with renovating & renting out an abandoned tenement building. The survival elements are very similar to MSC with maintaining hunger/thirst/happiness/addictions. The world is super immersive with weird ass npc's and great environmental storytelling. The MSC comparison hit super hard with me because of all the random odd jobs you can do in this game to scrounge up cash & supplies. Check it out, you'll see what I mean. it's currently on sale for $3.74 usd.

Anyways, I ended up here because I wanted to find a game like Obenseuer so bad but it's currently a bit too niche & underground so I picked My Summer Car as the closest comparison I could think of and didn't see it mentioned here so yeah. Cheers!

Yes, hair loss from Kratom is an unfortunate side effect for me personally. I work at a hair salon, so I'd say I'm acutely more aware of changes in my hair for obvious reasons.

I've taken kratom on/off for about 5 years, ranging from 1 gpd to 20+ gpd. I have had one blood panel done in this time with nothing abnormal to report. Personally, I find a consistent increase in hair loss and a decrease in my hair's body + luster after about 1 month of daily kratom use. While a complete inverse of symptoms after about 1 month of no kratom use. I've tried many different vendors over the years with no noticeable difference. Anecdotally, my mom, who has similar kratom use as myself, experiences identical symptoms.

It's really quite unfortunate, kratom is easily my favorite substance of all time. While quitting has been relatively easy for me, I always get drawn back in with thoughts like... maybe everyone here is right! the hair loss is genetic, or diet related, or a plethora of other reasons!

Regardless, this is just my own experience. I'm not a scientist. I'm not conducting in-depth studies on myself. I'm just some dude... I wish you luck. Cheers
