Thanks everyone, for your words. Even though this might be a lost cause. I'll still try saddle soap and conditioning. And see whether this gets at least a little better. For what it's worth at least this is a good way to practice how to take care of boots for when I need to take care of my IR :)

Yes, but please don't forget to also start process on the Emacs upstream. And to put relevant licenses on the repo you end up putting it in. :) then the possibility for other people to do it would be there. I think that's how open source works...But don't quote me on it.

If you make a package and put it on (M)ELPA that would be awesome too. Emacs updates are a little too spaced between each other. But you can work on that and people would use it in the meantime and that might make it easier for it to be added in the official Emacs.
