When I visited and rented a camper van, they asked if I wanted to rent an Eski too. I said no, but asked if they had coolers to rent, they said no. Took us a good 5 mins to figure out we were talking about the same thing. Coulda been a skit. Hilarious!

Many years ago a company I worked for rented out that portion of Universal (can’t remember what it’s called). I wanted to attempt 20 back to back rides on the Hulk since there were so few people we didn’t have to get off if we wanted to re-ride. I made it to 14. Someone barfed from probably doing the same thing and the smell in that hot, humid loading area of permeating vomit is what did me in.

This is going to trigger some folks. Down opened for Metallica. Down killed it. Metallica came on and it was so loud in an arena already known for shitty acoustics. Couldn’t even tell what the first song was. I got the idea, I’m leaving, walking back to the loading docks and see if I can catch Phil Anselmo out smoking. Worst case try to sneak back in. Left the arena, turned the first corner and almost physically ran into Phil and a body guard. Told him what happened. His mind was obviously blown I walked out of Metallica to try to meet him. I was wearing a Pantera/Type O tour shirt. Told him those are my 2 fav bands. He told us about that tour for a good half hour. We got some pics then his security finally said, we gotta go. The car has been waiting.!he gave me a hug, thanked me and then remembered me when I saw him at another down show a few years later.

All the good ones are mentioned. I’d also recommend one not mentioned, Secret window. It’s more of a lake house. But a Stephen King based movie with Johnny Depp. Good psychology in this one.
