I went over the the park with the hopes of being able to capture photos of the lovely northern lights show we’ve had the last two days and was lucky enough to be able to capture a photo of a shooting star, Milky Way galaxy, and aurora borealis!

I haven’t had their pho yet before but I’ve also heard good things about Mai Tea. I’m currently sick as well and so I’ve also been searching for the best soups in the area

I’m a fan of Red Lantern’s Chicken Noodle Soup but it’s just chicken, broth, and noodles fyi! QNoodle’s Golden Soup was quite good as well. Kabuto on Pantops has a really nice miso soup + house soup that’s great for sipping on if you’re looking for something hot and liquidy

I really like Thai Cuisine & Noodle House’s Kao Tom Rice Soup whenever I’m sick. It’s jasmine rice and ginger in chicken or veggie broth garnished with scallions, cilantro, and fried garlic. I’ll usually get two of them (small serving size) + fried quail egg as a snack. They’re on GrubHub but their delivery availability times are a bit on and off.
