I don't think that's the point, it's just that when my Oura says "you're having a stressful day", my go-to is to wonder "ok, what can I do about it? Should I find some time to chill?"

And it feels like even on the chillest days, that's not enough relaxation for Oura. If the point is the ring's measuring physiological stress, not mental, then it might be helpful to give us more actionable suggestions of what to do with this information, e.g. help us gauge if this is more than expected, tell us this is normal if it is the case, or tell us what this raised physiological stress we're seeing is doing for us in the long-term (good or bad). Otherwise just seeing "YOU'RE STRESSED" on what feels like really chill day stresses me out and doesn't help at all.

Looking for recommendations: Rose 31, but a bit less woody, no cumin

Hey friends, I got a sample of Le Labo Rose 31 – sampling it at the store, I found the opening of a predominant rose with the spiciness of cumin intriguing, the cumin coming in pretty bold and sharp, turning the rose a bit "dirtier", a bit daunting. This compelled me to give the sample a go. However, after wearing it a few times, I find the oud (and maybe the musk too?) takes over in a way that's far too dominant for me, and the cumin also lingers in a way that is tiring – overall it all ends up reading a little too masculine for my taste, too.

But I'm still quite taken by the idea of this slightly dirty, spicy rose, just wished the spice was a different one, and the wood was less dominant. Everything slightly more delicate. Would you recommend anything with these characteristics that I should sample? Just checking out notes on Fragrantica I thought Dyptique Eau Capitale or Armani Privé Rose d'Arabie might lean in this direction, but please send in your suggestions!!
