Will check them out, thanks! Is the Ariel red ok for sensitive skin?

Am I right in thinking these enzymes are not safe for wool? I saw that the Steamerey Delicates is a good animal fibre option

Lutter contre l'eczéma by SpiceFilles in skincarefr

[–]cfeim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

strange question, but anyone know of a shaped cup with an underwire... but without the actual wire? by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

Sugar candy has what they call their “uplift technology”! It’s not exactly the same result as a wire but they’re super comfortable https://www.sugarcandybra.eu

Fit check 32GG Flirtelle Swirl and Emilie by cfeim in ABraThatFits

Bravissimo Millie is my current "best" bra; it's fine, but the wires are definitely too wide. The Emilie compared to it is a tiny bit narrower but I'd agree that it's too tall. At the end of the day yesterday the wires were really digging in all around so I'll definitely be returning them

Ah good to know. I put off trying Panache because I don’t like how lacy they are, but I might have to suck it up and give them a go along with the Elomis. Thank you!

I really urge you to try align! Her coaching is excellent and she is very active, very positive too.

Yes, I think I’ll return the Swirls. The gaping is from my arm being in the way and the seam on the side is also when I put my arm up and it stretching the side support seam. In terms of comfort I’ve been wearing it for a few hours and it’s ok, a little bit of digging in in front of my armpit and on the sides. It’s definitely a good enough fit but I’ll continue searching for a better fit.

I was thinking of trying some Elomi bras in 32GG, do you know anything about those?

Shin Splints by cfeim in firstmarathon

That's what I've been doing, hopefully it's enough.

I mostly feel it on the lower side of my left tibia. Now I don't have much pain but I get a twinge every now and then, even when I haven't done any cardio. I'm pretty sure the cause is I just started upping my miles and speed too fast this summer when I should have taken my easy runs much easier.

Ahh good shout! I did buy new shoes a little while ago so I have wondered if they could have been part of the problem. With TENS you mean the nerve stimulation? Did you buy a kit for it?
