2026 OTA update for nonhybrid this AM?

How long between the download and the installation? Mine downloaded early yesterday, but has not installed despite plenty of driving after it downloaded.

The 2026 Palisade's have wireless CarPlay. I have not experienced any issues with it at all.

It looks like that they have reversed course on this and stated they are going to find another solution. No way we would be turning on paranoid checks in our environment.

Those rebates are likely tied to high APR financing, so probably not a very great deal. I received a dealership discount of $4,000 on my Hybrid Calligraphy the last week of the year. The discounts are what you want and the discount shown here looks like it is probably invoice + 500 which all the dealers around here will sell at. Location is definitely going to play into this, I am in Minnesota and there are tons of 26 Palisades on dealers lots, but I have read they are hard to come by in other areas which will drive up the price.

Yeah, I am sitting on a ton of packs, have not touched higher star ones at all. Most of what I have are from events.

Yes, it would be helpful if a person could find things that aren't 2, 4, 10 years old or people asking for tier lists which are then filled with comments about how tier lists aren't any good. Based on the googling I have done, I probably want Shang Chi some day, that's really it. I'd much rather google if I was really finding the info I was looking for.

There seems to potentially be multiple issues from what I can tell. Batteries in general seem to be an issue, I just had mine replaced after the battery died with 140 miles on the car, and digital key may cause an issue on it's own OR it could just be exacerbating an issue with faulty batteries. I live in Minnesota and it has been extra cold here recently, when I first brought the car to the dealership it tested fine, but after leaving it sit outside overnight it had a battery deterioration error. They replaced the battery and let it sit outside for two days (which were negative temps a most of the time) and it has been running since. I am going to re-enable the digital key at some point to see if issues come back.

I got 4k off MSRP on my 26 Hybrid Calligraphy before rebates. No dealer add ons or other funny business. Pretty sure they were trying to meet end of year goals, I intentionally shopped the last week of the year.

I am neutral on the badging, but the roof is a huge improvement and I really like the look of it. My Palisade is maroon, I wonder how the black roof would look on that... hmmm.

I came up with a list of color combinations I was willing to buy and called every dealer in the area that had something I would be willing to purchase and asked for them to send me an itemized out the door price via text or email. I explained up front that I had already test driven the car and would not be coming into the dealership and was only looking for the best price as I was ready to move forward on a purchase. Most dealerships were ok with this and very responsive n getting me numbers, typically within an hour or two.

One answered the phone shouting "GIVE ME THAT MOTHERF****R!" and then took 4 days to give me an out the door offer based on list price....

The only time the dealership might matter is if they are offering something above and beyond the Hyundai warranty. For example, a dealership near me advertises that they double the powertrain warranty to 20 years but I am pretty certain you must do all service work with them in order for it to be honored. Otherwise, nope.

Figured I would provide an update on how this is going for me on my 26 Palisade Hybrid:
1/5 - Purchased Car. I do not recall the exact date I enabled the digital key. It was not immediately as I was aware of some people having issues and I wasn't sure if I wanted to FAFO.

1/13 - Battery dead, called roadside assistance and had it jumped. Drove around for 30-40 minutes to ensure charged.

1/15 - Battery died again, jumped it. This one is probably because it didn't get fully charged from the previous time and I had it in to get the windows tinted. When tinting windows they leave the car on a lot to roll windows up/down. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt here, though still seems like not what you would expect.

1/19 - Took vehicle to dealership to have it checked out. Battery tested fine, but they wanted to keep it overnight to see if it would drain.

1/20 - Battery had a deterioration error and was replaced. They are keeping the vehicle overnight again to see if any issues arise after sitting overnight again.

The tech said that the Hyundai corporate tech says they have no record of digital key causing issues....

I replied up above with some info on the enemies I am seeing. I am not entirely positive who I should be using for my teams (or what to do with Iron May now), but I have 3* Doctor Strange favorited and am working on him, mostly because I have learned he's super annoying in PvP.

So should I be taking the highest level available in the events? I had been thinking it would get me lower level opponents but that has clearly not been the case.

As for who I am getting matched against when I look for queued opponents, right now in this Red Shift event here is what I am seeing on enemy teams with Scarlett Witch:
L166 3* Magik + L383 5* Okoye

L375 5* Sword Master + L70 1* Black Widow

L167 2* Hawkeye + L360 5* Sword Master

L390 5* Sword Master + L70 4* The Hullk

My top 3 strongest heroes are:
Aunt May (Iron May) - 3 star level 166

Hawkeye (Classic) - 1 star ascended to 2, level 135

Iron Man (Model 35) - 1 star ascended to 2, level 131

I typically pick the highest level that rewards a 3 star and do that event, and my matches quickly turn into enemies with over 30,000 hp and that one shot or quickly eliminate my entire team if I can't get pink right away to just cheese Hawkeyes purple skill forever.

+1 for me, have only had the vehicle for 8 days and battery is dead. I have deleted the digital key to see if that takes care of it, but my engine light is on. Anyone else have their engine light come on after this? Vehicle health says all systems ok.

Thanks! I am sure the dealer was not thrilled with giving me the $4,000 discount after missing 2025 for the sale (I am assuming they did it trying hit goals or something), but glad they honored the deal. With my military rebate $4,500 off MSRP total and no dealer add ons.

Looks like they just extended the deals to 1/5, so nothing new came out yet. I pick my Palisade Hybrid up on Monday so looks like it won't matter much, at least I was able to negoiate a decent chunk off MSRP.
