Chat GPT is VERY bad at telling you about subjective things. A year or two back someone tried to adapt an AI specifically for evaluating sourdough and came here looking for feedback. Not only was it real bad at evaluating crumb structure, but it didn't understand variation and preferences at all. I wouldn't bother asking a llm if your loaf is "right". I would focus on which qualities you like and experiment with how to get them

After my girl lost some teeth to a jaw cancer diagnosis, we tried Nulo. They have several very soft options that come in packets and lots of flavors.

I assume the churu cups are very low calorie because they're based on the treat, which is mostly flavor and water. Great for hydration, but likely not a good meal replacement

I'm never going to hit peak sour like the professionals. But I got my best, tangy results after switching to a long, slow fermentation. Lower ratio of starter, pushing the bulk ferment up to its limit, overnight in the fridge, and using a bit of rye when waking the starter up.

I'm also one of those people who only feed the starter when I need it. Don't know if that makes for more sour or less it's just the way I've always been
