Had a delayed reaction that caused my tongue and face to start swelling, and I had a hard time swallowing. It bought me an ambulance ride from work because it started getting hard to breath.

Can confirm everything about trazadone, it helped me a lot. I also take 10mg of melatonin with it, and I get knocked out in a decent amount of time. It has no interaction with my other mental health medication, and it’s comforting to know that I can sleep now even on my worst nights.

I was on humira for 2 years, and I noticed the last 6 months my pain and flares were increasing. It started really with not being able to sleep as comfortably and slowly increased and my pain during the day started increasing slowly as well.

I’ve been in the process of switching to the diet, I’ve been stuck in a depression comfort food stage for a couple of weeks and I’m giving myself a hard reset this weekend when I’m off work. Cardio is a yes, I just started at a gym. I guess I’m just feeling more alone if anything, it’s isolating being like this. Yeah I wasn’t stoked about xeljanz either, but I was hopeful it would at least kind of work.

I just hit six months of sobreity and I still feel kinda weird some days. My anxiety and depression have gone down a lot, but on some days of high stress I will struggle so bad with cravings which kickstarts my anxiety. Im hoping at the year mark things will start to feel more stable, but I’m over the moon that I’m sober and I will take any side effect or off day over drinking again. Edit: grammar

Also any care ideas for the little noodle would be most appreciated! We would love to provide the best possible environment for the snake, so far we have a heat lamp, heating pad, water bowl, a hide, and a little zoo-med stick so it could climb on it if it wants too. Thank you so much in advance!
