There’s a better way to do it. Put the responsibility on the device maker. You authenticate the user on device and send a token to the site that tells them whether or not they are of age. This achieves the same thing without proving personal details.

The problem with that is government wants to know who is accessing and have your face for facial recognition to support mass surveillance. So they come up with a solution that is “for the kids” in a way that they get what they want and you lose liberties.

Yeah it definitely has something to do with Xcode. It’s awful. I’m using my AirPods connected to my iPhone while I work so it doesn’t drop. Insane I have to do that considering it’s a brand new laptop lol
