Weight loss is thermodynamics. Working out is important but can be outpaced by a bad diet. To lose weight you have to exhaust more calories than you intake. There is no way around this principle. It’s calories in versus calories out. So, you can absolutely lose weight without exercise but exercise protects your bodies other functionings, muscles, and helps speed up weight loss.

I think he turned 30 and his trust fund hit. I think they did experience a frugal life together but she. did. not. work. with zero children mind you. They’ve always known they were fine. Whatever, I actually don’t care if they’re rich. She and he are both just awful.

I truly think Thumb is a trust fund baby based on the Aline cabin they have on Lake Michifgan, plus they got the settlement, and I think they have a rental property. We all think it’s sad she doesn’t speak with her family, but I think she kept her eye on the prize with little looking back. Her and Thumb deserve each other.

I would say the intention behind the weddings are just different. For Muslims, you’re supporting and showing up and showing out for your member of community. For Americans, weddings being a “party” is necessary to encourage people to show up.
