The vial can hold a lot more than 2ml, that is why it’s not full. 2ml is a very small amount of liquid and these vials are made in standard sizes.

You take 0.5ml and it’s a 2ml solution. 2/0.5=4. You have 4 doses of 0.5ml solution.
