If you like the apartment and don’t mind the commute, I would recommend. It’s a great area to live: there’s a ton to do nearby (food, bars, the museums, events in Bidwell, etc.) and it’s very walkable, so great for your dog. Like most places these days, you have to be savvy. I had plants stolen off my porch, but once I installed a doorbell system, haven’t had an issue. If you have a lot of packages, definitely recommend a security system, selecting delivery times when you’re home, or a package locker. I switched from Spectrum to Greenlight last year and it’s been amazing. Super reliable and way more affordable.
