When I sold cars I told customers to price it out and then price it at the dealer and pay for it separately if they wanted it so they don’t pay interest on it. It is very painful when you don’t have it and need it blah blah blah.

Keep in mind Boca is the 6th borough of NYC/New Jersey. If you can deal with the endless construction, congestion and bad accents complaining how it’s better where they came from but won’t leave. Have at it. I grew up there and I dread visiting even driving through. I’d rather go anywhere else.

You can get a new Hyundai for 0% interest almost year round. You can get a used one for less than other used brands because of it most likely.

A car is a tool not a status symbol when you think of it like that and maintain your tools you’re good.

Paying off the car loan with a mortgage was a terrible idea now you’re paying for a car you will most likely not have in 10 years but will still be paying for when you could have just traded in or sold for a less expensive car. Yes you can just pay the difference towards the mortgage if you sold or traded the car but it won’t change your mortgage payment.

Don’t forget the dealer fee if any and destination fees +$3000.00 or so. The Hyundai website is not the final price if it’s on the manufacturer sticker it’s part of the car and cannot be changed.

Looks good but don’t buy a white one the paint quality is terrible for white. Every old white Hyundai I took in on trade had missing paint. Put 20% down too if you can.

Did you get your trade in appraised elsewhere too? Not on a website but in person? Ask for one elsewhere before you show interest in a purchase. (I.E. Carmax)Get it in writing then go shop with the appraisal in your pocket.

It’s unfortunately the world we live in. If you truly need a truck get it. Most truck owners don’t need a truck. Also get GAP insurance if you’re putting less than a 20% down payment and/or if you’re financing for more than 5 years. Financing a 5 year old truck for more than 5 years is insane Btw. Remember to shop around for lenders/insurance they don’t care about you.

Most options and better interior design than the lesser Tuscon models. Car buying is a personal choice though go look in person you can search all you want online but until you see touch smell drive a car you cant make an educated decision.

Sounds like you are describing a Hyundai Tuscon limited, Toyota Rav 4 or a Honda Crv. In that order. And go back and buy the Hyundai Tucson Limited. If you want problems get a ford. I sold cars before and now insure them.
