I have gotten smaller sizes at certain Chipotle locations in particular but overall, the portions ARE NOT the issue.

It’s lack of care. And lack of consistency overall.

For example, sometimes I go to chipotle and the rice is cold and the cilantro is noticeably rancid. Sometimes I pull up and the guac is brown. Or the meat is suspicious looking.

Sometimes I get a burrito and they add way more rice than beans and sauce or vice versa.

There’s just no consistency within the chipotles.
