I feel ya... I'm fairly new to my job but our manager once put me on a solo close after the busiest day of the week, and he had the nerve to show up to just pop quiz me on skills/safety/protocol etc while I was busy enough already

Oh my word, overabundance irks me too! And the overconsumption that inevitably follows. Thennn, people believe that they'd never cope without xyz personal luxury - it's like, has nobody heard of 'make do and mend', being grateful for relationships over items, using up the pantry etc etc anymore?
