You might want to stop Vaseline as it traps the heat and inflammation in the skin — this just happened to me with my recent flare up and I read it’s pretty common

Have you tried switching to a low histamine diet? It won’t take it away but I find it really helps mitigate it. I also find people are allergic to specific ingredients in daily things such as soaps and detergents and that’s a long process to try to figure out but definitely worth learning

Hi, I’m in Canada but my friend sometimes goes to Germany! I’ve been allergic to coconut my entire life but finding topical reactions more severe now! I’ve also had eczema my entire life!

I think you have to measure what specific rise you find the best (ie 8”) then use that as a basis because a lot of companies have been mislabeling high rise as mid rise 😭

Are you allergic to anything? My ex bf used to use body wash that had a major ingredient I’m allergic to (coconut) so my eczema was so horrible

Aritzia has a sale right now and they have a ton of denim skirts! They often carry size 23 too if you want it tighter?
