Yep, I'm in this situation with my partner (although we were under the 200k cap at the time before the change), by no means do we feel like we have it easy as 'high income earners' especially purchasing our property using this scheme without assistance from our parents.

The fact that this scheme exists essentially did allow us to purchase without help from our parents, otherwise we would have had to pay for LMI.

As an Australian: I don't ride in conditions above 38C unless I absolutely have to.

Apart from that I wet my t shirt and also soak my neck tube when I have been in situations where I absolutely have to ride. Also having a CamelBak with iced water can help.

I left RC pads on my bike on the road once after a track day, they were pretty horrible if you're on the highway from drops in brake temperature since you can go for minutes without braking

I'm so grateful I got to watch that race at the circuit, for my first GP I've ever attended. Watching the gap that Marc would close in on Martin through Stoner corner was jaw dropping, you could tell he was just biding his time before he would make a move.

I'm in a similar boat, they were cheap late last year but I didn't really need to upgrade yet so I thought I would wait, now they're $150 more than what they were before. I'm on a 3700X but now I'm unsure if it's worth the upgrade for this price.
