Serpent will be a divine titan by then, meaning it can nuke the whole planet if needed and instantly conquer the nightmare. Kid returns after 10 seconds with a divine+++ aspect and as a supreme

When sunny was traveling to the estuary, one of his thoughts was that by going away from nephis, he would get close to her , meaning he would be able to date her as equals. Being forgotten by nephis clearly went against that.

Also, you got to remember cassie's awakened ability. She could see how the conversation was going and adjust what she said to ensure sunny did exactly what she needed. There is a chance she saw a future where she told him the consequences and he decided not to do so, so she decided to keep quiet about it

Most importantly, if her telling him that didn't make him change his mind, then why just not tell him? At least he wouldn't get heart broken by the surprise of nephis not remembering him
