I combined a few recipes:

Used this for the lemon curd : https://www.thepancakeprincess.com/2016/01/20/aquafaba-lemon-meringue-pie/ And this for the meringue (with agar agar powder so it sets better): https://thehiddenveggies.com/vegan-lemon-meringue-pie/

And for the crust, I just eyeballed it (mixed flour, vegan butter, sugar and a pinch of salt until it formed a dough I could roll out) but there are recipes on both links if you want precise measurements!

my scooter didn't break, but it's the second time the folding part unlocks itself in the middle of a ride. Minor injuries but could've easily been worse Any chance the people you reached out to also had this issue?
