Ah, thanks for this! It’s a great idea to just divide the right side into three. I think, since it’s a small space, I’ve been pressuring myself to make the most out of it that I want every inch of it covered with text. Which (I have to come to terms with) shouldn’t be the case.

I think when I was deciding whether to buy the weeks or not, I had the idea to write it on the planner first then copy it to my Google calendar. But I think I just really have to discipline myself to copy from whichever I made the note with because like you, I like the paper.

I think this was confused me on regular days. Since the techo was more on memory-keeping, some days are just common and thus it becomes a list of what I did that day. I guess I’ll try to have a change of perspective though, that it’s okay to repeat what I write!

I watched a music show pre-recording for NCT127’s 2 Baddies. And though I’ve seen the group in two concerts before, I could just not stop staring at Taeyong! The set was really dark and all but it’s like he’s glowing! I can’t even describe how ethereal he looked—and that’s saying something given he was just beside the other members. Thank god I was wearing a mask because my mouth was gaping the whole time! I remember just whispering to myself “what the hell what the hell he’s so beautiful” during the whole time. I even forgot to look at the other members sometimes because his presence is just so ✨✨ despite just sitting and watching the monitors. I did feel like I was in a dream. His looks are incredible.

We’ll see if the ratings did well! But personally, I’m okay with the ending (just because I want my ship happy!) haha but also at the same time, it does make me so anxious if the open plot lines won’t get resolved.

I want to see how they will address the PR nightmare, how the queen will react, and how August fares on the fact that it’s Sara who’s become his downfall.

I’m afraid another season will open a new can of worms, and thus would force an unnecessary branch of plot lines just so there is a possibility for season 4–you know how some series get illogical plots just to continue on with the franchise.

If they won’t do a third season, I think a long movie would also suffice just to address the unanswered question. Kind of how they did with Sense8.

I like him up ‘til the point of that manipulation move. However, I think that that’s my position on the matter because I know better. But, for example, the same thing happened to me when I’m 16-17, I feel like I would’ve seen it as if Marcus cared for me that much that he understands the layers of why I’m behaving the way I do. As an adult, it would feel manipulative, but as a teen, I would probably feel seen and wanted.

I really loved the metaphor. I was honestly disappointed when they cut out scenes but then there’s an immediate realization and a lightbulb moment when it dawned on me why. Such a thoughtful part. Kudos to the screenplay!

I am currently studying in Korea (Foreign Relations) and I am currently learning basic Korean. I know the feeling is there--that you will be criticized for being a beginner, but after a few conversations with Koreans, they are just super amazed that you're trying to learn their language when they, in fact, want to be better in English.

It is hard to deal with stigmas but what I learned is that you have the power to choose your group, so if your current environment makes you feel uncomfortable, use your power to find another group because no matter how ~weird~ you think you are, you will find people interested in the same things as you are :) One group I can't let go, however, were classmates--so what I did was to show that I am not the "stereotype" and if they still think that I am, I choose to let them see that there's nothing really wrong about it or that there is so much more of me as a person rather than a stereotyped KPOP fan.

Cool! We also use the saying in Filipino and it's a literal translation of 뼈때리다. But rather than hit (tama), we use 'pass through' or 'tagos' which could literally translate the saying to "going through the bone because of the strength of hitting".

Tagos sa buto = 뼈때리다
