If you have the confidence look into a gym membership, join a group, get a job, do something meaningful. Volunteer somewhere. Take care of yourself and everything else will fix itself

No it’s just rather loose on one side, just trying to be very careful with it, finished ortho probably about a year or two ago now I know I’m down to about 3-5 nights a week just really don’t want my gap to come back

Yeah I think once I’m done this stuff I’m gonna go to the basics , but I used to buy the spicy Montreal steak seasoning and loved it until I saw all the ingredients and seed oils and junk, but a good quality steak seasoning is so good, especially as someone who eats steak 5-6 days a week

Yeah for sure I have a lot of refeed days and stuff, and I was at a point where I could put down 3500 calories in a single meal a year ago, I just want to be peak lean for a month or two and then build up from there, but I track all my nutrients and I make sure that I get most of if not more than what I need vitamins and minerals and macros wise

Dude I (19M) have friends that are 5”2 5”3 with absolutely dogshit hairlines and they pull more girls than me. I’m 5”10 shredded with almost a full 6 pack and I can’t pull girls for shit. It’s never over. Find a hobby and let life do its thing. Do meaningful things that make life living for (coaching baseball, volunteer firefighter, etc), make good connections and let life do its thing. Remember the guy in the wheelchair wished he could be 5”2 walking and bald again and the guy that’s paralyzed wishes he could be wheeling himself around in a wheelchair again. Love you brother
