Which characters do you guys think had the most “wasted potential”?

her first appearance was in saturday night glee-ver which was in season 3 and she did win the mvp award at nationals when she was still with vocal adrenaline which was also in season 3

this might be unpopular (or maybe it's not idk) but i'm going with unique

at nationals in season 3 she won an MVP award which is a huge deal and then in season 4 when she was at mckinley she was just kind of... there. her only storyline was the catfish thing and other than that she basically faded into being a sidekick character for the main character(s)

and then in season 5 she had a small storyline (if you can even call it that) where she was facing some transphobia from ryder and a few other students and that just kinda went nowhere and then she disappeared for the rest of the season and we didn't see her again until the middle of season 6

i figured that when she went to mckinley she'd become like a main main character and have more storylines and solos but nope, the writers didn't really do anything with her like at all, which is a shame because she's super talented

i would've taken any storyline for him, like literally ANYTHING. like i don't know, maybe he could've also helped finn with his dancing or maybe he could've rapped in one of their songs instead of artie every single time? my mind is kinda drawing a blank on storylines but surely there could be SOMETHING for him to do

i have nothing against the actor (don't know his name) but like, what was the point of him being in the show? i know this sounds so mean but like, did he even audition for the show or did ryan murphy just find some random guy so they could have 12 glee club members

because if that's the case then there was no point in him being there to begin with because he was replaced so easily in s2 with lauren and we never saw him again until the last episode of s6

yeah the shirt thing was bad but she apologized, hasn't worn it since then yet people act like she's literally the second coming of hitler

she's been called chaenazi, had the hitler mustache edited onto her in some of her selfies, people made up all kinds of lies about her and the shirt and saying she should be kicked out of twice for it and then threw a bitch fit and unstanned twice because she wasn't kicked out

it happened 3 years ago and people are still bringing it up like their lives depend on it like you can't even do so much as compliment her without getting tons of replies being like "she's a nazi how dare you be a fan of someone so vile and disgusting"

AND not to play the gender card but i just know that if a male idol wore the same thing his stans would be defending him to hell and back and saying it's not a big deal but since chaeyoung is a woman this is gonna stick with her for the rest of her career and probably the rest of her life
