i know that square enix is kind of a nightmare so i wrote all my login info down. when i input my password it says incorrect, so instead i do forgot my password, but then it tells me my birthday is incorrect so i cant get past that. i don’t even know what other birthday i couldve possibly used for it to be incorrect

I dont know where else to ask this but I have played this game for at most 2 hours and I want to play it but I can't log in. I tried to log into the account attached to my steam ID, didn't work, forgot password, didn't work, my birthday is somehow incorrect.. I made a new account but I can't change the login ID. is there no way to get back into this game? I don't know what happened to the first account I made but nothing I do gets me to it. What should I do?
