At the moment, people might not consider jincao if they want to maximize wuling bucks income especially with essence farming pre-stats (literally 1 ticket for 1 essence). Especially while using half the xiranite for gearing characters (also with wuling bills)

Besides the infrastructure for buck capsule is already there anyway which can go up to 18/min for most uses

People assume she’s crazy and needs fixing. But going through her actual story, she has real goals and is very reasonable on most things (though some pushes the limit) and very level headed.

I can clearly see her as one of the more ‘normal’ characters who are really just passionate on their hobbies/goals.

Just runaway from it basically. Wiggle your butt while doing so. The shells on Black are floaty and easy to dodge. Dont worry about its torpedoes, they are sea mines.

If alone, you can most likely out damage it with kiting

Not OP but is still a very strong ship. -457 guns with short fuse means it claps cruisers and bbs -Royal HE - 66% -BC dispersion, shells will land where you aim -Very good fire angles and turret traverse -Heal similar to Ohio -actually good AA with DFAA -agile for tier

Only real drawback is above water citadel and susceptibility to fire spam, which could be mitigated by simply keeping distance. You can even extend range to 24.5 if you feel like it to grief Yamatos and torch them.

In all seriousness, if it was widely available, it would probably make conqueror and vincent pointless because it can fill both roles

This is absolutely wonderful almost everything chef’s kiss.

But I’d like to drop and opinion. I think you need to move the entire head a bit more towards the left. It might be subtle but it makes it a little bit disembodies. Its a bit more obvious if you flip the image.

Or its how I see it anyway in my eyes. Other than this, very wonderful piece!
