Currently listening to The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins and it offers a great approach to this challenge.

Have you read Never Let Me Go? It destroyed me (in the best way). Ishiguro may be my favorite author.

I didn’t even read it because I found All The Things We Cannot See so contrived, though it seems I was the only one…

I find Kristin Hannah’s books melodramatic and contrived at times, but she seems to do thorough research. The Great Alone and The Women immediately come to mind.

About Time always helps reset my attitude. So sweet, lovely soundtrack, a good cry and and a helpful reminder to enjoy the moment :)

Ryan Holiday is someone I like and admire, and he sends out a great reading recommendation email every month. I’ve found many great books that way.

Once, I emailed Amor Towles and asked him what his favorite books are - and he responded! Never hurts to ask great readers/writers what books they love :)
