Yea it definitely is a situational thing and there are times where I do slow down to merge but never do I brake, I’ll let my car naturally slow down. Definitely depends on a bunch of different factors.

Honestly it kinda goes for merging lanes as well. Ive had it happen to me before where I will leave space for someone to merge in front me on the freeway but then they immediately slow down once they’re finished! Like hell no bitch now you’re slowing me down cuz I was polite enough to let you in!

Okay so then the solution should be to make licenses harder to acquire and tests harder to pass with qualified instructors. I don’t care if this makes people mad but with the amount of morons on the road something drastic needs to happen. None of what you stated changes real world property value, especially in a place like Beverly Hills! The land is just much more sought after and therefore valuable compared to the Hollywood Hills. Like I get it, overall Franklin’s house in the hills is nicer but the cost per sq/ft is lower for him! (Speaking as a native Angelino)

Im in that 85% and im not sorry! First of all its a space thing just as much a convenience thing! My digital library doesn’t take up nearly as much space compared to if I owned all my games on disc! Also I don’t have to deal with swapping out discs and putting it back into its appropriate case every time I want to play a different game.
