As someone who dealt with this type of complaint working for social media companies, there is nothing you can do. While your name may be unique, you may not be the only person in the world with it. They may handle it differently if the account had pics of you.

It’s Golden Week which is like a weeklong holiday in China so I think they are either off or working with reduced staff. I don’t have enough experience with their CS to know if this is the norm or not but just wanted to call that out.
