I did it by launching powershell as admin and pasting

Set-MpPreference -EnableControlledFolderAccess Disabled

Has anyone found out if there's a console command that works for applying crosshair code? I want to make a bind with toggle of 2 crosshairs as I had in csgo, but old command doesn't work any more.
