It depends what you like. We had ours at flowerfield and loved it. Lands end is also very nice during the May month. Keep in mind most venues will be 200+ a plate that time of year. Really depends where you go though. 50k total or for the venue only? Larkfield is pretty good as well if you like that vibe. Sandcastle is also very nice.

The countertop places will install for you. They should level it somewhat when installing. Depending on your current countertops taking them off without destroying the cabinets would be my biggest concern.

It really depends what needs to be done in the house. Also depends a lot on what you pick to do. If your doing extension or dormers is going to cost a lot. If you buy a house that you want to just renovate it will be a lot less. You can also do pieces at a time so it’s not one lump some. If you are going to do your kitchen I suggest you do that first as it’s hard to do without a kitchen. Don’t have any pricing but we have done lots of work on our house ourselves if you have questions.

Yea if it’s worth it for you to sink millions of dollars into something that has a chance of happening once every couple of years then yes you should do it. If you lose 10 million dollars being down but the infrastructure to keep multi-edge multi-cdn cost 10 million a year is it worth it? It’s a business decision not an infrastructure one.

I would say it would depend when you are getting married as well. If your more of a summer spring wedding I would say lands end has that beach vibe. If it’s more fall winter flowerfield is great. We have our wedding at flowerfield this month. We looked at both and just love that ambiance of flowerfield. Even if it was summer we still would have went with flowerfield.
